BBC Jam - Art & Design: 7-11
Project description
An online resource to expose 7-11 year olds to the diverse range of artistic styles and movements. To encourage the audience to question their pre conceived ideas about what art is. To provide an environment for the audience to experiment with their creativity.
A series of surreal creative spaces were developed in which the user could travel, meeting characters and learning about various art movements and painting the world as they go. A series of tasks in each world / canvas would then unlock an entry point to the next canvas.
Unfortunately BBC Jam was suspended mid way through this project so the final product sadly never went live.
