Greater London Authority

Project description

Atticmedia pitched for the redesign of london.gov.uk. This project is still in development, however, I will present the winning pitch work.

I'm still writing the description on this piece, but I will say that a great deal of effort was put into the brand positioning of the new GLA website in addition to developing a grid system to allow the many various types of content to be contained within.

The site has been designed using an eight column grid for 1024 resolutions and above, however, 800x600 resolutions are catered for using style sheet switching, re-flowing the content for the smaller resolution.

Numerous levels of brand hierarchy have been taken into consideration, and developed to cater for the 30+ microsites to housed under the London umbrella. In addition to microsite branding, content ownership, sponsorship and associated branding have all been thought out to work across the site.

NB. This is a quick and dirty description, and needs better writing.
