Project description
Reed Smith LLP, a top international law firm required a consistent online presence to run across its many global domains. Bringing all the offices under the one umbrella and reinforcing their global branding "Quality Matters".
Taking into account exiting brand guidelines we focused on the Quality Matters strap line, extending it out to cover the many aspects of the company that attribute that quality. Essentially, people are what make up an organisation and are responsible for delivering said quality.
Using existing photography of Reed Smith staff we set about attributing quality to the various sections of the website and in turn give the various areas a face with a name attached, personalising a very large corporation.
User centred design workshops, the creation of personas and user testing were integral to the design of information heirachy and applications including filtering of search results.
reedsmith.com was shortlisted and received finalist placings in the Law Office Computing, Legal Marketing Association, & Internet Marketing Attorney Awards.
