Rocket Pizza

My first real print job, back in 2001 I was commissioned to create a menu for a couple who had inherited a pizza shop (Rocket Pizza). Their vision was to go fresh, modern and organic, leaving behind the stigma of fast food and opting for a more gourmet clientele while still maintaining the same name so as not to lose any existing customers.
Given that the brief was to be organic and fresh, a bright colour scheme was developed focusing on green. In addition a potato stamp of the rocket was created further emphasising the organic nature of the menu. This potato stamp would then go on to be the new logo and was incorporated into all marketing and in-store materials.
